I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a BA in English: Creative Writing. My professional background includes grant writing for a nonprofit organization, securing $75,000 in annual funding, as well as marketing-related writing for social media and newsletters, frontline editing for a soon-to-be published devotional book, originally transcribed using eye-gaze technology, and content editing a ministry owner’s spiritual and physical journey of her battle with cancer. I also have begun co-authoring a devotional book that dissects the biblical metaphors related to wine, the winepress, and fruit, as my co-author travels to California vineyards learning, in real-time, the art and science of the grape harvest and wine-making.
